Graduated in Law from IDP, he holds an LL.M. from some of the country’s leading private law institutions, such as Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/SP) and INSPER/SP, with training focused on the corporate segment, corporate structuring, M&A, commercial contracts, investment structuring, and wealth planning. As a partner at MSN Advogados, Fernando focuses on strengthening corporate and business relationships through solutions that combine technical expertise with a business-oriented perspective, acting as a true extension of his clients’ business operations, with transparency and trust as the fundamental pillars of the attorney–client relationship.
